Day 3: 200 mg.

7:00 a.m.
200 mg and some breakfast. Dragging a bit this morning.

11:15 a.m.
I'm a bit sleepy. Nothing I can't manage but definitely noticeable.

3:30 p.m.
Low energy this afternoon.
